Privacy policy
The short version: calculators run entirely in your browser, we don't see what you type into them, and we keep no accounts and no user database.
What runs on these pages
All calculator math executes locally in your browser; inputs never leave your device. Our host (Cloudflare) collects privacy-preserving aggregate analytics (page views, country, browser family) without cookies and without tracking you across sites. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) exist briefly at the infrastructure level, as they do for every website.
The count we keep ourselves
Page views alone cannot say whether a load calculation helped, so the site keeps its own count: page loaded, field changed, copy, print, shopping link followed, any other outside link followed. Each entry holds the page path, which of those it was, the country the request came from, the date, and the referring site's host name. Not a cookie, not an identifier, not your IP address, and not the wattages or appliances you entered. Browsers with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are skipped entirely.
Advertising
If advertising is enabled on a page, it's served by Google AdSense, which may use cookies or device identifiers subject to Google's own policies; consent mechanisms apply where law requires them. Affiliate links, where present, set a referral cookie on the destination site, not here.
If you email the contact address, we keep the thread for as long as it's useful and share it with nobody.
